They advertised as Room Service that’s why I booked here. After 6 days of continuous trecking, I was extremely tired and didn’t want to leave the room and just relax. They didn’t even have a bottle of water in room. When asked they said i have to buy it. I told them to send it to my room and they refused. The restaurant took my order for dinner and then told me to come down to pick it up. The front desk didn’t pick up call for atleast 2 hours. I then called the hotel number from my cell phone and then they picked up. Lousy place and false advertising !

No conditioner, shampoo enough for one person, night light on restroom didn't work, restroom lights flickering restroom room door wouldn't stay open halfway it would go all the way open and hit the room door hard. No view room 215 we pay 200+ per night and had all this problems.
I feel they give me the worst room like if I got there with no reservations and pay less then 100. We like this hotel have been using it a few times but this trip I feel we got charge alot for the room.
