When we got the room, they gave us a room that belonged to someone else.. we walked in and there was people already in that room then we got another room and the tv didn't even have a cord to plug it in

The room wasn't very clean overall. There was a wet spot from cleaning I hope. There were also fleas in the bed. Not comfortable.

It charged me again after I have already pay.and I had to get in contact with my bank and the hotel it took me calling the front desk a few times till I was able to speak with a manager.

The bathtub needs to be replaced or washed better we had to place a towel on it so we could stand on it to shower, its like old and scum on it
