Had to call Corporate complaint dept. I'm 73 and was not told to here were NO elevators. Had to lug 6 bags upstairs. Was promised a cart, but it never arrived. Front desk was very unsympathetic. NEVER AGAIN!

This was a motel, not a hotel. The reality looks nothing like the pictures. It was a maze trying to get to our room. We had to go up stairs, then back down, and walk around two buildings. Then when we got there it was dirty. Our friends found cockroaches in their room and another had a chemical dripping from the ceiling of their room. There was construction everywhere so we couldn't get to our car without going back through the maze. During the check-in process we had to stand outside in the cold and wait on the people in front of us. There wasn't enough room in the lobby for us. The bathroom is so small! The door barely clears the toilet when you close it. We didn't even shower before we left, because it seemed so dingy. We won't be back.

The staff was rude, I am handicap and we were not told upon booking or check-in that there was no working elevator, we were greeted by a giant cockroach upon entering our room, the sheets on both beds were visibly dirty and covered with hair, the towels were dirty, the shower curtain was falling off of the bathroom wall, neither the sink or bathtub drained at all, there was one working outlet in the entire room
