The location and the proximity to restaurants for convenience parking was good. We were given additional towels and toiletries which accommodated our party. Your checkout personnel was friendly and he smiled.
Negatives:
The room was actually not cleaned well, the towels and linen were dirty on the bed. The tables and the switches next to the lamps and the lighting had fingerprints and smears they were not cleaned. There were cuts in the tile on the floor. There was painted over graffiti on the walls that you could clearly see through there was a cigarette burn mark on the tub, and the near bed near the window in Rome 131 was broken. Check in personnel was not friendly nor did she smile. I'm worried that folks are going to blame us for the damage.

Easy to find. Kind of run down but very clean in the room. No road noise and the other guests were very quiet.
Negatives:
Very poor breakfast. Eggs, cereal, waffle maker, but no syrup, and toast that was it. The guests had to start their own coffee maker, and not very good coffee at that. Very limited supplies, no napkins, no sweetener
Poor lighting in the room. The only main room lights were the bedside lights, nothing else.
