La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Paso West

Negatives: Type of breakfast, the bread was in really bad conditions. There was a homeless all the time in one of the corners of the hotel. Making it insecure for women and kids.

Negatives: The bathroom, a little outdated and color was not the best.

Negatives: The grounds were not cleaned. Visually it needs a lot of cleaning. The water in the shower would not shut off .

Negatives: Pool was closed, and breakfast was ok.

Negatives: Bad maintenance such as , bad water, painting, the on the walls and no waffles in the morning (bad advertising) just had cereal, oranges , no variety of breakfast. I’d rather spend an extra $20 than to stay in this dump. The irons barely even worked and that’s such an inconvenience considering I had special plans.

Negatives: I booked a king bed and they asked if it would be ok with a room with two queen beds. They ended up giving me a room with full beds and we didn't fit.

Negatives: Most ice machines don’t work, pool is closed, unfriendly staff, horrible water pressure for shower, and poor breakfast offered.

Negatives: Dirty carpet, stained couch, room smell

Negatives: Literally everything besides the staff because they were great but the first hotel room we entered seemed fine at first until I noticed there was either blood or feces on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet and no hot water. We went to the front office and they got us a new room right away and this one was not much better. When we walked in the floors were dirty, the TV or remote was not working, I believe they did not match and when manually trying to work, the TV it was just static, and again absolutely no hot water. It wasn’t even lukewarm so we had to spot bathe ourselves, and our children. We gave up, trying to get everything fixed or into a new room because we knew the next room would not be much better. Also, we were extremely itchy when attempting to sleep in the beds in the room. I literally never complain and take everything with a grain of salt. However, this was something I could not let go without reviewing. This was the worst stay we have ever experienced.

Negatives: Checking in was perfunctory and unfriendly. Pool area was locked. Electrical outlets were too loose to hold our charger cables. Water was turned off for awhile and when I called the front desk to tell them we had no water, front desk offered no apologies and said it would be off for a little bit. Breakfast was late setting up, coffee machine was out of order and otherwise, pretty dismal.

Negatives: Most of the plugs did not work and there was no hot water and not enough pillows. When I told the desk clerk about the hot water he didn't say sorry or anything.

Negatives: No hot water, room needs remodeling and fixed. Holes in doors, walls, don’t know if it was blood, feces or chocolate on bathroom door, all rooms accessible from outside only and door doesn’t lock except flip lock at top of door, bed uncomfortable, carpet old and nasty. Free breakfast? Only thing available was bagel, toast, apples, instant oats and drinks. No coffee, sign said broken. Water in toilets was brown/red and stunk. Hot water was for less than a minute and when switched from spigot to shower head, only cold. I got in and water hit my head and took my breath away and it never got even tepid. Place is severely outdated and tile grout is black with filth.
