Negatives:
The mattress had a permanent sag in the middle. The lamps had a thick layer of dust on them, there was a dirty broken comb behind the sink on the counter top, dirt smears on the light switch cover and a sticky mess under the telephone on the nightstand.

The room was clean and cool.
On the 2nd floor by the pool area.
Negatives:
Someone came knocking really loud and rattling the door handle at around 3 :00 a.m.
I told the person they had the wrong room without opening the door.
This happened twice.
My was wife was startled and she was afraid to go back to sleep.
We left an hour later very upset.
We told the front clerk of the incident.
She just apologized.
