It was dirty, breakfast was subpar, eggs and sausages were cold, coffee tasted bad. It is obvious the staff is not keeping up with maintenance and cleaning. You do get what you pay for.

Thank God we weren't there long, or the bed bug bites would have been much worse!

The location was a bonus for sure. Easy access to the interstate and close to all the amenities.

My 1st two rooms had water leaks. The 3rd was better but I wouldve asked for a refund if possible. The bathroom outside my room overflowed in the hall. The elevator was broken. My key card deactivated every single time I used it. The towels had holes +

They have elevators broken for a while and forced to walk up and down stairs to 3rd floor, when explained about slight disability was told by one employee that I can always just go accross parking lot to the other hotel and then wanted to charge me for my Service animal.

The Chemicals used made it impossible to breath in the lobby and only somewhat better in the room. They demanded another $100 at check in not explained beforehand. Refundable in 4-5 days if we didn't break anything. Mold on the bench in the shower, etc

Sheets were dirty and stained. Sofa was stained you can still go and flip the pillow. Entrance to the door was damaged as if someone had tried to breaking in sometime ago.

The fact that they had super small pillows. The shower head leaked and they ended up leaking on the ceiling. All fixes that were done to the hotel room previously looked like they were quick and never done properly. It looked like mold was growing in area

The gentleman that was at the front desk was very helpful and very understanding when my concerns are brought up to him. He moved us rooms without any hesitation, and was very professional.

This hotel seems like they took it out of a horror movie. The rooms are absolutely disgusting in the initial room that we were put in the couch and carpet were stained as if someone had been murdered there. The smell in the hotel was horrific! Dont stay
