The hotel facilities are very good. We can overlook the city from the top floor, and the view is very great. The parking area is said to be under 24-hour/day video surveillance. We felt safe to park the car there for the night. Additionally, the front desk staffs were very hospitable and helpful.

Beautifully restored historic hotel in downtown El Paso. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Staff was amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, courteous.
Hotel itself a beautiful landmark.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was too windy to sit and the only side sheltered from the wind so small, there was no vacancy.
Also a pity you cannot smoke a cigar up there. Great spot to sit, relax, have a nice drink and… a good cigar!
