The lady who checked us in was awesome! She was so cheerful and helpful. The next morning I stopped by the front desk to tell someone how great she was and she was still working. She was still cheerful and awesome!

Thin walls. Upstairs person had an army marching in thier room.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was always fresh. Staff and housekeeping were friendly.
Negatives:
The hotel needs to be remodeled. Carpet old fashioned, AC unit was cracked but Im glad it worked. Toilet Paper roll was not changed from previous person .

$100 pet fee (which I didnt know until check in - my fault). I dont mind paying a pet fee but $100 is a bit steep.

Yes, the pool sign said they open up at 11 yet they didnt til way after 12. Its El Paso. Its 110 by 8 am. My kids was so upset. They didnt even send housekeeping. I had to call. Breakfast was horrible for the price of the hotel.
