Location worked well for us. Beds were quite good.

The walls in the room were quite dirty. Thank heavens the shower had a grab bar because the tub was very slippery to stand in even though I didn't shampoo or condition my hair.

It was pet friendly. Breakfast was okay.
Negatives:
The pet policy is 25 per day with a max of 75 for a 7 night stay. It is a written policy and I called to confirm prior to booking. When I arrived the man at the desk told me that I had to pay 75.00 because I was staying more than one night, I booked for two nights so per their written policy I should have been charged 50.00. They should not have a written policy if they are going to change the price. I paid the 75 but I will not be staying again.

we asked for extra pillows for the pull out but staff was only able to find 1 additional.

For the quality of hotel it was a little more expensive. I pay 118-125 for Hyatt place and those properties are very well kept. Ennis doesn’t have alot to choose from.

Upon arrival it was like they didn’t care I had a booking reservation, they said well you chose to pay at hotel, I said I know but still this price! They wouldn’t agree to that so I paid more than what Booking.com offered.

The room we got was nice sized and slept everyone perfectly.
Negatives:
While we were eating breakfast the staff came and put everything away before we were done eating. Very uncomfortable especially with my kid who was still hungry.
