My daughter had an emergency appendectomy and after numerous attempts to cancel several days before my prepaid trip, I was never contacted or received a call back to discuss a refund even after I offered supporting documentation for the cancellation! We use hotels so often due to the travel that is required for club volleyball. This is the worst experience we have encountered. Do not use this hotel!
