Negatives: The manager on hand was very rude and the staff did not take my reservation correctly. Was supposed to have 2 beds only had one and when I asked about my request I was told it was going to cost an additional $150. Then the pool and hot tub closed early.

Negatives: Required large deposit even though the room was paid in full. Furniture had stains on it & there was a large pad left in the drawer that was urinated on. Limited breakfast due to coronavirus. Check-out was at 11 & staff was at the door knocking at 11:02.
