Yes! The entrance door on the side of the building is very heavy and people didn't realize that if not held it would slam. And unfortunately our room was next to it. It woke us up & kept us up a bit.

The location is decent. We stay here 4-5 times a year when visiting family and have never felt unsafe. Decent fast food options in the parking lot, and not far from stores, restaurants, etc.
Negatives:
We used to love staying here but recently the facilities and quality/value have decreased exponentially. When we arrived this time, at 3:20pm, we were told the Concierge wasn't sure if our room was ready or not, and she'd have to call housekeeping to ask unless we wanted to come back later. I asked her to call them, and they didn't answer. She said, "Let's give them a few minutes", and took another call. She wasn't overly friendly or polite to me or the person she was speaking to on the phone. Eventually, about 10 minutes later, housekeeping returned her call and said anything on the 2nd floor "should be okay". The Concierge assigned us to a room and told us to come back down if it wasn't clean because they'd never put us in a dirty room... Um, but you'd send us up to see if it's clean??? Okay... luckily when we got to our room it had already been cleaned. In addition to that, no one could locate the treadmill key. Breakfast was very disappointing - no milk or pastries like they used to have, just waffle batter, eggs, and biscuits (this was around 7:30 AM). We will probably be looking to stay elsewhere next time.

The room was not clean.(clumps of dirt on the carpet and thick dust on the shelf by the microwave) There was very little water pressure in the shower. The toilet lid was laying on top of the toilet bowl and did not fit the tank.
