Positives: The morning coffee was good!

Negatives: The hotel had residents that live there. I believe contractors. They were there last time I stayed. The room was very noisy until almost 11pm. Loud voices and tv.

Negatives: The mattress is very old and uncomfortable. I had the do not disturb sign on, but housekeeper waking me up at 9 am anyway. Front desk clerks did not seem to care about the guest. Cafe machine in room not working.

Positives: The front desk staff was amazing! It was a quick check in process after a long day of traveling. She was super friendly as well. It was a very clean room.

Negatives: The bed was extremely hard. The bathroom needed repairs to faucet handle, shower, and moldy caulking removed and replaced.
