Positives: There was a restaurant / bar on the second floor with the lobby and check in desk . Breakfast was $19each, included in our rate. If you have any food intolerances, I don’t feel it’s worth it. But if you can eat anything or have teens who eat more by volume, it’s a good deal. There was a mixture of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit, cold meats and cheeses, cereal & bread to toast. The only hot food I saw was eggs and sausage, and what I think was French toast sticks. When we stayed, the hotel was very busy and so there was nowhere to sit and eat. The espresso machine was also broken, two staff members I saw in this area were working very hard to take care of everybody. Shout out to Giovanni, front desk staff, he was the most professional and kindest person we encountered on this trip
Negatives: Nowhere when I booked did it say that parking was going to be $52 a night $48+ a special fee. The cars are parked off site because there’s no garage in the hotel you cannot self park at this hotel, you have to walk a couple of blocks to an open lot or pay to use someone else’s garage. While everyone inside the hotel was very professional, polite and respectful, the valet team was rude, and short with us. They do have a good system for you to request your car that will text you when your car is ready or when you need to head downstairs however, that only works when they use it correctly. As women traveling alone, I made sure to speak to the valet people the night before to confirm that I would be able to get my car at 4am the next morning. They assured me one person would be on but to give them 20 minutes instead of the usual 10. I felt that this was more than reasonable, I made sure to give him 30 minutes notice. Something else that’s annoying about this hotel is that the lobby is on the second floor. There is nothing on the first floor, but a bank of elevators and there is no signage to direct you to where the lobby is. This is especially worrisome when you are leaving a hotel at 4 AM in the dark, in a city and there is no one to be found. Our car was there, but it was locked and no one was around. We waited 10 minutes and the valet didn’t show up. I looked around for my key. I looked around for a phone number to call the valet. I didn’t get anything so after 15 minutes I go back upstairs, this time to the lobby. & when I get there, the overnight lobby attendant tells me that he just left. I’m not stupid, the two people that work overnight usually hang out together, I know they have access to cameras for the front entrance and I know he waited until he saw me come up the elevator banks before he left go downstairs with my key, that is unforgivable at 4am. He didn’t help with our luggage and he didn’t get a tip. Will choose another hotel next time

Negatives: Parking was expensive and hard to get to. All the streets were blocked off. It was a little more expensive than nicer hotels I’ve visited and the fact that breakfast isn’t included was disheartening. I would Not consider staying here again

Negatives: Valet was a nightmare. Took close to 50 min to get our car. Breakfast was $19 each and not great options for that much money. Definitely not worth the money.
