When I got service, the food was good. It did not take long from order to delivery, which was nice. The self-service coffee bar was well-stocked and the coffee was above average.
Negatives:
This area / service was confusing. At times there were signs about "Crew dining only," which to me meant if you aren't crew, you should go eat somewhere else. Service was spotty when I did eat - one day they took my order at the table; the next day they looked at me several times, never came over, and I finally walked to a nearby restaurant instead.

I think the price of the rooms a continental breakfast even if it was just bagels and fruit would’ve been nice
Negatives:
No free breakfast and the room wasn’t cleaned good pillow case had hair on it. The room still had debris and little balls ( toys) left under the bed. The pool towels were really gross because we pulled out three towels and all of them were filled with hair and one was stained like orange something on it. Front desk staff was great
