They withdrew $25 extra from my account and asking me for extra information and a copy of my id which is weird . And when I asked them about why ? And how sensitive my private information. They said as a security purpose which I never seen it before at any hotel else I stayed . Then I said if you won’t send me a confirmation that you’re not using my personal data . Or selling my information online or I will call the police . Now I’m waiting almost one hour until they send me the confirmation email. Staff is very rude ( her name is Patel )
