The night front desk guy telling me my dogs weren't welcome and we had to leave because they scared him even though they are the sweetest dogs they are both trained service dogs plus there was a dirty shirt that had been thrown behind the nightstands and left there it was gross

Where do I start? We didn't like a lot of stuff:
TV remote didn't work. The room phone didn't work. Alarm clock was inoperable. Mirror missing on the wall.
No hair dryer, but advertised that it had one. A bunch of cracks in the bathroom tile and lose. Damage to the bathroom and closet doors. No sink stopper. Robe hook on bathroom door falling off. No Kleenex box in bathroom. Old soaps were USED from the guests before us, not changed. Curtains were ripped and stained. HVAC unit was cracked and falling off. Empty soda can was on floor behind the drapes from GOD only knows when.
Our room was NOT CLEANED! Carpet stunk like DOG. Not vacuumed. Breakfast food was cold and the room was messy. No ice water to drink, it was empty. An animal peed in the elevator, really?
The POOL and HOT TUB areas were absolutely disgusting. Couldn't even see the floor of the pool. No chlorine smell.
