We had a very good experience. The room was clean, pretty much everything worked as expected. Breakfast was good with real eggs real bacon and real potatoes. Parking was easy, Wi-Fi worked and staff was accommodating and pleasant. Great overall experience

Our room was on the third floor, and when I showered at around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, it took the hot water a long time to get up there, and occasionally got cool and then hot again. The hotel is a little older, and the carpet was slightly worn in our room.

I called the hotel before my stay and asked about the pool and Jacuzzi. They told me it was working when we arrived it was without the service. We were told three different stories about the Jacuzzi. And how long it would be out of service

This hotel is an unfortunate surprise. Its like a person with too much makeup. It looks good at first from a distance but the more and closer you look, the more flaws there are.

So my room was dirty,tea bags on the floor, vapes on the floor paper everywhere, microwave dirty.I stated these issues with a young lady at the desk. Her reply and I quote "I'm sorry about that. Housekeeping only makes sure you have clean towels and sheet

Front clerk curt and seemed put out by the fact that we were bothering her when we found one of our rooms had no cord for the TV. Didn't like the fact that the front door and elevator were the only way to the rooms. All the good breakfast items were cold
