Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The room was so bad they refunded us 1 night's stay.
Negatives:
The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, despite it being a no smoking hotel. The shower didn't work, there was no blankets in the room, there was no chair, the window was so far off its Track it looked like it was going to fall out. There was no battery in the smoke detector. The breakfast was nonexistent, there was a shortage of dishes for the rooms so didn't have any the first day. Once we got them, there was only one mug and no bowls. When finally got blankets one had a hole from a cigarette burn. We we finally got a bowl it was cracked. The staff was clearly stressed and unable to do anything without a manager. The manager has basically no resources to improve anything. Maintenance is out of another location, so it takes multiple days to get anything fixed. All these issues stem from bad corporate policies to cut costs.

The hotel was the dirtiest i have ever seen. The room was disgusting. I had sanitizer so i was able to clean a little. There was poop on the toilet. The showe curtain had brown spots all over it. The hotel had strong marijuana smells all over.
Positives:
Beds were great. Front desk staff very pleasant.
Negatives:
TV did not work. Maintenance never responded to our calls or reports. Could use a bit of paint to cover up visible rust in bathroom area.

My second night I didn't get her name, but she was just like Mahogany in the level of care and service she provided when my key didn't work after trudging up to the 3rd floor with all my luggage.

It felt like i was sleeping on prison linens. The elevator was broken so i had to walk up and down 3 floors (i'm 67) with all my luggage just to find out that my key didn't work. so i had to bring everything back down and get another key. This facility is SO run down. I would never stay in one of your hotels again. POOR job by who's ever responsible for the facilities. It's like staying in a tenement.

Carpet and facility was filthy. No lobby. Grab and go breakfast per say was NOT a breakfast freaking joke. Roaches in our room . This place is like an apartment complex because people live there.

First off the room was not cleaned at all throughout the whole room . The elevator did not work and it smelled so bad through out the lobby and the hallways and the rooms smelt like smoking rooms and I wanted a non smoking room. There was no iron in the rooms and when I asked for one they said they didnt have any available. When I went to complain they said they would clean the room while I was out the next day and it never got cleaned . And the first day I got there an employee had a key to the room and tried to open the door then apologized for trying to go in. If I wouldnt have had the lock latch on she wouldve just walked right in . This is by far the worst hotel stay experience Ive ever been through and honestly if the employees would be more thorough these things could be prevented
