Negatives: Suppose to have a full kitchen - yes there was one but there was nothing to cook with & nothing at all was supplied. That’s why I booked this. The windows were dirty & the remote didn’t work. It felt dirty. Had to buy plastic cups & utensils. Couldn’t even get a pot to boil water. Still waiting for my deposit of $50 back.

Negatives: My room was full with roaches. I have pictures and brought the lady tissues with roaches I killed. I have been trying to speak to the manager and called and left messages 3 times and nothing when I called back the last time the guy knew oh yeah room 210?

Positives: Nothing, Upon arrival to the hotel (May 8th 2024) we found it totally unacceptable and informed the front desk, we were told we could cancel and receive a full refund according to their policy of cancelling prior to six pm on the day of arrival, we notified Booking,com immediately and was assured they would contact Extended stay DFW and process our refund. Since May 8th we fourteen calls to booking.com and have spent more than ten hours on the phone during which time we were told a different story each time. We also had a three-way call with booking.com on May 17th and Extended Stay where the manager repeatedly informed booking.com representative "Ian" that they were not charging us and pleaded with him to release the funds back to us and stop making us run around all to no avail. Here it is nearly two weeks after our cancellation, and we still have not had our money returned to us and have not heard back from booking.com. On each and every call they continue reading from a script stating they will send the Extended Stay another email requesting written confirmation that they are not charging us anything for the room cancelation. When I pressed them on what will happen if Extended Stay doesn't respond and was told that Booking.com will keep the funds. Each and every call I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same thing, when I insisted to speak with a supervisor they stated that one would have one call me back which has never happened, nor have I received any direct response from booking.com via phone call, text or email.
Negatives: The entire unit was filthy, zero amenities
