They allow me to book through the website and were overbooked when I showed up no one even called me to tell me this information so at three in the morning I was stuck without a hotel and was not compensated for the inconvenience

Location great for TCU. Price incredible compared to other hotels the week we went. Really comfy bed. Very quiet. Good shower.

The room smelled a bit when you walk in, but you got used to it when in room for a while. For the value, it was worth putting up with.

The location was really good, on the university drive, close to many shops and restaurants, and it was close to TCU and Fort Worth Zoo too. The room and the bed was comfortable,

no breakfast as it was posted "grab and go breakfast". Also, in our room, the TV didn't work, but we didn't bother to ask them to fix it as we didn't need it .
