Positives: The location was fine.
Negatives: There was a very strong, persistent foul odor in the hallways, and my room smelled even worse. There was only one person on staff so I never got kitchenware. The smoke detector was ripped off. Sheets/pillows/other furniture were dirty. I left a day early.

Positives: Location was accessible to main roads and other useful amenities nearby. For the sole purpose of having somewhere decent to stay it was sufficient but left much to be desired. (Most likely due to Covid)
Negatives: Smell on second floor was unpleasant, no trash bins in rooms (we were informed we had to remove trash ourselves) as per their new cleaning protocols.

Positives: Good location, quiet area, friendly staff, spacious room. Fridge was spotless - looked new. Room was relatively clean in view. Bathroom clean. Had a pullout sleeper sofa (didn't use). Shower worked great. Dog friendly. Good basic hotel.
Negatives: Room basic, furnishings cheap. Carpet vacuumed/had stains. Under bed wasn't cleaned. No xtra blankets/linens for pullout couch/in general. No amenities in kitchen, all at desk but didn't tell me (except dishes) till last day. Services all closed - virus.
