Sleeper couches incredibly uncomfortable, even for kids. Dirty sheets from previous people still on it. We ran out of TP and supplies as there were no room service. Did not want to refund us for third night when we decided to go elsewhere

The parking was awful! Room was awful…. Had to change rooms because the pull out bed was dirty, room was overall dirty, air conditioner did not work, and room was very small for the cost.

Staff were so helpful and friendly! They were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was great as well. And the beds were soooo comfortable!!

The shower head needed to be replaced and the water was not very hot. The shower curtain also kept moving toward the middle, spraying the water outside the shower.

When I arrived with a confirmation number from Booking.com, they had no record of my reservation. They could t find the confirmation on the Booking.com website either. Parking was atrocious.
