Room size is good, full size fridge and microwave. Good breakfast and free coffee on tap. Well placed close to all major roads.

We had an issue with the roof leaking after some exttemely heavy rain but we were moved rooms without any trouble.

The room size was decent.
Negatives:
The carpet was nasty. The room smelled bad. There was no ironing board in the room. Our dogs’ fur is turned black because they sat/played in the carpet. There are multiple botched patch work in the room. There is one shower gel for hair and body. The location was sketchy and the attendant said the property was fenced to keep the homeless people away. There were homeless people queuing for breakfast in the lobby.
