Because we used Booking.com, we didn't receive Hilton Rewards points, and the service was poor. We didn't have towels in the room. Housekeeping didn't answer their phone. When we asked about having some towels brought to us the next morning, we waited 20 minutes with no response. When I called the front desk again, they said towels may be in the drier. 20 more minutes later, we went downstairs and still no towels were available. Housekeeping overheard my situation and took them from another room so my husband and I could shower before checking out. The front desk person admitted this is a common problem. I also noted this was a franchised location, one I will never frequent again.

Good location for what we were in town for. It was nice and quite nothing too obnoxious.
Negatives:
A room for 2 was given 1 set of bath towels. It took us over 3 hours to get more towel making us late for our plans that day. They were never brought to our door as said we had to go find a maid after 3 hours of waiting.

Under the sink was a leak so there would be a pool of water by the sink area and underneath in the cabinet.
