Positives: The halls actually smelled good and the parking lot felt safe. The location was pleasant and close to food and other activities. The room was quiet and the air conditioning was working well.

Negatives: The room was messy but not at first glance. While eating dinner we noticed blood (or something that looked like it on the wall). When I got in the shower there was something that felt like sand all over the tub. There was lipstick on the table where we ate. The second bed felt broken as it was lower on one side. On check out I told the staff and their response was "oh OK I'll keep that in mind" I was hoping for more of a reaction or some thing but I got nothing.

Positives: Location was fine. They were out of coffe and didnt make any more until O pointed out that the thermos' were both empty. Had to wait. The bteakfast bar was out of yogurt and other items. Not up to par.
