We had a water leak coming from the light fixture in the bathroom. We went to visit my parents and came back to the room and the bathroom floor had flooded and water was leaking from the light fixture. That was very scary and dangerous because I could have gotten shocked. They moved me in another room but have not compensated for the inconvenience. That's unacceptable.

It was a great stay, the facility was nice and clean. And the area was good.
Negatives:
My only issue was the 4 days I stayed my room never got cleaned, fresh towels or toiletries brought in.. I had to go to the front desk and ask for shampoo on my last night.

The young man at the front desk was exceptional. I commend him for his wonderful customer service and caring heart. I did not get his name, but the way he showed compassion and kindness is the reason I will be coming back to this establishment. He worked late that night and was back early the next morning to check me out.
