The location was sketchy. You had to have a ticket to get breakfast and it was dine in only. You could not take it back to your room. The staff were a bit abrasive and not very friendly. They acted like we were a bother. When we attempted to turn the heat on in the room it created a terrible smell and set the fire alarm off. Neighboring guests were arguing, yelling, and cursing at each other past 1am.

At 1:00 am we found a bed bug crawling on the pillow. We called the front desk and was told that nothing can be done, because there was no available rooms in the hotel. We were supposed to wait for a cleaning crew to show up at 9 am for the investigation. And then, the front desk person hanged up on me. I brought her the tissue with the bed bug on it. She took a photo for a manager and said that nothing could be done about it until the Manager showed up at 11:00 am next morning. The Manager confirmed that 70%will be given for inconvenience. But the hotel charged the full rate and kept the deposit. Caution! Fraudulent business.

You could do better with t.v. programming and take away the dine in only breakfast everyone don't care to eat amongst people. Dine in only was a real bummer
