The staff were very friendly. The overall hotel was clean, spacious, and felt luxorious.
Negatives:
I was not allowed to check-in until 1 hour after 3pm. The hotel clerk, while helpful, indicated that the room had not been cleaned yet. I was offered a free coffee at Starbucks. I was not impressed with this solution to rectify my inconvenience.

disappointed that there was a fee for parking when this area is huge and we were only there for 1 night. IF this was downtown, i would expect, though this definitely is not.

The decor in the lobby is very nice. The beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
No towels in the room. The door was left opened with the latch. Staff claimed that they ran out of towels but we arrived past midnight which gave them plenty of time to restock. They also tried to charge a parking fee even though the website said free.

The bathroom was nasty. Hair in the shower, the doorknob to the bathroom was broke, the glass door shower handle very loose and dirty stains in the shower, dirty elevators. Didnt smell clean, you can sense it.

The room was perfectly clean. You can see your vehicle from the bedroom. Big room. The room kitchen is apart from the bathroom and bed.

At the check-in, the staff asks too many unnecessary and uncomfortable questions.

Website says free parking and they charge you $10 to Park an unsecured parking lot. I told them their website say free parking and they asked when did you make reservations, I told him Dec 29 and he said we started charging Dec 26. He was lying

Overall, the hotel was fairly clean, and the workers were nice.
Negatives:
Majority of my towels in the room had either faint stains, or hair on them. Linen should be inspected and cleaned better. My toilet stopped working on the final night.

I think we got over charged. We didnt have a key card to get into our room until the last night, we had to be escorted to our room each time we arrived at the hotel because the key card machine was not working. I paid 500 for two nights, and didnt even have a key card. Staff was also rude when we first arrived

I checked in on Friday, 10/20 and per the front desk they could not give me keys to my room because the machine was down. I had to be escorted to my room every time because I had no keys. It was an inconvenience of my time. There were times where I had to wait at least 15 mins for a staff member to open my door. Ice machine was down on the first floor. The staff did not offer anything for this inconvenience.
