Clean room house keepers were very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice fancy place.

Staff was snobby and rude. No coffee available and everything cost an extra fee. The breakfast was a fee pool had no towels waited 15 minutes for more after calling they never came. This was the worst place we stayed all week attitude of employees at desk was rude. All shower amenities were empty and 2 towels for three people

When I arrived I was told that key making system was down, that we had to go up in groups. Then the person checking me was nonchalant about the situation like it happens all the time . My bathroom was not the cleanliness the shower floor had brown spots on it. The hotel did want to honor my breakfast discount and wanted to continue to charge the regular breakfast rate. It took an hour to extra towels after going to the front and also talking to the cleaning personnel that they didn’t replenish the towels in my room.

The reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool so our son could go swimming. The pool water was cold, the hot tub was out of order and they had the air conditioning running in the pool room. It was a really unpleasant experience.
