It was a very unpleasant experience, when I made the reservation it said there was access to the beach from the property and that is not true, I asked for a room no cigarette and when I opened the door of the room it seemed that in the last two hours they had been smoking in the room, the room did not have the smoke detector, the microwave was full of mold inside and out as well as the mini refrigerator, the glider had the fabric broken, and the last thing not ironing it was very unpleasant very bad experience, I wanted to give my children before returning to school a good experience which they could tell but it was the opposite.

There was a guess next door with 3 dogs and was barking all day and night. I asked the staff if they can move us to another room but the facility was full. I think the facility needs to revisit their policy about noise and dog accommodation.
