The room was spacious and clean I like that it did have a stove on the countertop built in it was kind of cool the bathroom was spotless and I liked watching the groundskeeper actually clean up in the morning I did enjoy the built-in light in the mirror and the side sink for washing your dishes wasn't aware it had a kitchenette though nothing stopped just there for you to bring your stuff and use I was thoroughly happy it was next to a gas station that actually made food and when we came home at 11:15 the gas station was happy enough to make us a pizza Hunt's Brothers still tasty I think I was more impressed with the gas station than I was the motel but haha
Negatives:
I did not like that it totally stunk I don't know what they used but I was gagging nearly the whole day I had to light and incense I had to go buy air freshener and that barely took the scent out even after putting a car trees in the AC unit as well they offer no shampoo or conditioner they offered no extra roll of toilet paper in the room didn't realize it was in a very bad location but it was next to the police station so I did see seven police cars so I did feel safe but it is in the hot red zone of crime if you look at a map but I was staying for the price there was no coffee pot in the room since their Lobby was closed from the time we got there till the time we left but for the price you couldn't beat it

Yes, the TV was broken so could'nt watch anything. Had to sit in silence the entire time I was in the room :( Terrible expiernce with that for paying $---for the night, you would expect to have a working tv. Also there was no soap or shampoo/ conditioner

The location worked for our 3 day fishing trip and the view from the 2nd floor offered decent views of the ocean birds.
Negatives:
The permanent residents were a bit noisy and a few rather creepy. Also, apparently we are the only people who know how to pick up our dogs poop.

The rooms were nicer than what I expected from a cheap motel. The beds were soft. The fridges were bigger than normal and actually had freezers. Some of the rooms have small electric stoves.
Negatives:
The upstairs neighbors were loud. They didn't keep us together.
