the staff was the best part of the stay. All were friendly, helpful and professional. I was traveling to attend the Dallas Market Center for work so the location is wonderful and the shuttle service is much appreciated.
Negatives:
Room comfort wasn't great. The bed was lumpy and hard. The sheets were scratchy and the pillows were extremely lumpy and felt cheap and hot. I appreciated the upholstered chair and ottoman. They were nice to have in the room and were more comfortable than the bed. The desk chair was also good. The room wasn't dirty, but it also didn't feel fresh and there was visible wear on bathroom fixtures and furniture.
