Convenience and location. Also it is Pet friendly which was very important as we were traveling with our New Yorker family member for the first time.
Negatives:
Our first room lost power in the second day of our stay. We had a full day scheduled and the maintenance was not available so we had to move rooms. This was a huge inconvenience! Cleanliness was sub par in both rooms.

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. The food was hardly edible and they have pets that they allow. However, they do not compensate people for the inconvenience those dont have pets. A dog next-door to us barking his brains out for three or four hours
