The hotel as a whole was nice. The location was quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
I did not like that at check-in, I was told that my room had been changed or the fact that the change was portrayed as an "upgrade." I requested a room with a sofa bed but was given a room with a small, hard sofa with NO bed. The fact that I did not get the room I actually reserved was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable.

The actual hotel is adjacent to another hotel, and the valet service is at the adjacent hotel. Room service is every three days only. I didn't like paying tax on tip for valet. There is only enough flatware in the kitchen for two people.

Positives:
This has to be the one of the cleanest hotel we’ve been in. Of course there were areas that were aging but It was well kept, it didn’t have that muggy smell, and it was bright and well lit.
Negatives:
We expected more for breakfast for how nice the hotel is. The eggs were great but would have liked to see at least one unique item. Some other hotels have at least one item they rotate around thats different than others.
