Understand property was recently purchased. Property needs physical attention which you are aware of and a few systems need to be trained to maintain property and give visitors a feeling of the truly luxury destination this property could become. Better towels would help.

Positives:
Not much to like other than the outside appearance of a nice hotel.
Negatives:
Horrible smell, Rooms were dirty, No towels in room, found roache(s) in the room. Unfortunately I saw them in the morning when we were checking out. Overall disgusting.

The room was spacious and had a separate sitting area and very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub area was amazing and they served a full hot breakfast. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and always had a smile on her face.
Negatives:
The bed skirts were very dirty and the shower had a huge wad of hair on the wall that should have been very easy to see by housekeeping. There were also a dirty towel and trash under the bathroom shelves.
