Nothing. Had a literal last minute family emergency. So just outside of the cancelation window, didn't stay at the hotel, not even a partial refund. Also charged waaay more than what was advertised on booking the room. Never booking this place again

Went by the hotel, looks like a great place to buy and use Meth. Glad I wasn't staying with my kids there. Staff was rude on the phone. Overall this place is garbage.

Staff mentioned construction but failed to tell me the construction was taking place directly adjacent to my room. The drilling and knocking started early in the morning. VERY DISTURBING

When I told him that there were at least ten dead cockroaches behind my bed and a few alive around the room, he told me at the front desk that I didn't have to worry because they were very common there. No apology or feigned sorrow. Too expensive to be so truthful
