Terrible experience paid for jacuzzi tub suite and was told when I get there that it didn't work the room was a complete mess and I still had to pay for that room although I ended up having to stay in a two queen bedroom when I didn't need two beds. Had to pay for what I didn't get. Very disappointed and it will not be staying there again and would really like some of my money back

The room smells of mold. Our trash was gathered in one spot in the room and it was not picked up. We left water rings on the night table our first night and they were still there when we left three days later. Bed was not made, we had to make it ourselves.

There was black mold all on the back side of the bathroom door. An outlet by the mini refrigerator had burn marks. The room was all around dirty!
