The window or the window seal has a leak the north wind started blowing pretty and we had a whistling noise most of the and when there was a gust of wind it got pretty loud. Also there was something loose on the outside of the hotel that would make a loud

The room was uncomfortable. It was a big room with only a very hard, uncomfortable sofa. The shower head was awful and sprayed water in all directions and the shower filled up with water. There were two TVs and neither worked very well.

Hotel management is shady, we booked back in November, got confirmation in December it was good, 2 days before trip hotel canceled due to overbooking, later that night they had 5 rooms again.....NYE so rates went up 3 times what I paid...

You need new pillows. Very used!!!! The people staying brought their pets and did not clean up after them. Especially in the elevator.

Handicapped Parking to the right of the front desk was Excellent Decision and worked out great!
Negatives:
The TV Remote failed to work and despite efforts to be placed on a lower level floor the front desk clerk demanded I stay where I was. He did bring a 2nd remote that I had to use to turn the tv on and off.

Very nice property. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Fruit, waffles, yogurt, breakfast burrito and more. Pool was cold and hot tub was warm but the jets were good. Elevator worked and parking was well lit. Felt safe and secure. Applebee's next door was good to get food and it was good.

Hot tub could have been a lot hotter. It was warm at best.
