Beautiful, clean place for family and friends.
Positives:
Overall the property was clean and the room was kept up. The location was nice and close to shopping if necessary and plenty of locations to dine within walking distance.
Negatives:
The water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was in need of replacement. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom to remove steam from showering. The doors to the lanai needed to be re-aligned to close properly. The outside traffic noise was very loud with the doors and windows closed.

Overall had a pleasant stay for the couple of days we were there.

Hot breakfasts were delcious and had a good variety
Negatives:
$10 per night to park...but they told us up front. Also, pet frinedly. $75 flat rate, which was also disclosed up front
