Location was good for cruising but that is the only good thing.

This was the most filthy, disgusting hotel I have ever been in. At first glance, when you walk into your room it seems fine, it is when you look a tiny bit deeper that you will want to leave and get another location. I checked for bed bugs, as I always do, and I have never questioned what is saw so much. I didn't find any but I was skeptical. I barely moved the night stand and under it was spilled, old juice and dead bugs. I hope it was a roach and not a bed bug. There were bug carcasses from roaches on the walls and the AC. I saw a live roach in the lobby dining area. If we didn't get in so late and didn't have kids, I honestly would have rather rented a car to sleep in. This is my second bad windgate experience but by far the worst. I won't ever be staying with them again. I wish I would have left, I regret staying there, even as long as I did 0/10. So, so disgusting. Just to know it wasn't a fluke, we had two rooms next to each other, both bad but one was worse. I wish I would have taken pictures. So bad!
