No coffee, microwave, or refrigerator was available in the room. When I walked down to the office to see if I could get a cup of coffee. the lady looked like she had just woke up and was EXTREMELY RUDE!. I had to drive around to purchase a cup of coffee.

The staff members were helpful and friendly and the room was very clean! The guests near us were very loud especially during inappropriate hours! The staff were receptive to our complaints about neighbors being too loud. Overall, staff and room were amazing and other customers were annoying at most!!

The other hotel guests being loud.. This is not something within the hotels control so it's not a complaint towards them!
