I purchased quadruple double beds as stated on the website and needless to say thats not what I received. So as very large men lets just say we tried to sleep in a childs twin bed so Iwe didnt get much sleep. Also there was no microwave nor fridge

The first room we were given was dusty and had roaches. When I went to the front desk the person wasn't even surprised. They gave us a different room that was cleaner and didn't have bugs.

Location was spot on . Close to the beach but not so close that your always in traffic trying to get there
Negatives:
Don't take any food to this hotel... HUGE any infestation.. one slice of pizza left in a box for one hour at the hotel. Millions of ants all over it when I returned.. it looks clean but definitely a smoke screen to the truth

Clean, neatly appointed room. Willingness of staff to meet accommodation requests.

Our room faced the street and there was a lot of traffic at all hours, which kept the dog on edge.
