Was told room was remodeled. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, there was no remote for the TV, paid for an ocean view, wasn't worth the extra cost.

We booked a handicap accessible king room. The room was large and we could get around. Wide doors for wheelchair. But , no bars by the toilet. They suggest a shower and roll in tub . All we got was a tub with a shower inside.

The tv never worked and the bathtub didnt drain properly. Also, when the write up says ocean view, make sure its an ocean view and not a small window that you have to turn your head to see the water. It was very misleading.

I liked some of the other guest (who were also lied to about the ocean view).
Negatives:
The ocean view room was unavailable.We had a view of the parking lot, a hole in the door where the peephole should be, dips in the flooring, not enough blankets or toilet paper, no ice machines,not located at beachfront, and was denied a blanket.

Good location with short walk to beach and restaurants.

Bathroom door wouldn't close due to hinges being bent, no continental breakfast as advertised, and no ice machines.

This hotel has an affordable rate and great location Lots of places in walking distance. The rooms are very simple not extravagant but it was a comfortable stay with our 2 dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience! The hotel is under remodel for over six months! So I dont understand how can this app gives this option! They supposed to refund the money and I said is supposed because 4 days pass and still waiting for that!

The point is that we get there with out place to stay on a Labor Day weekend! We have to paid way more than we expected! Please dont trust this people!
