Negatives: Room didn't have a microwave.

Negatives: Some staff members were rude, something we didn’t see during previous stays. The pool area seems to have become more accessible to a few people who paid extra for their poolside seats!!! Some pool staff were harassing us to leave our seats as well, to the point that we left a day earlier than our reservation. It’s a shame

Negatives: I was charged for parking and never was asked how did I arrive or will I be parking a car. The additional room fee was charged after I checked out which wasn't explained at check in...only that there would be a credit of the full incidental fee at check out. It was explained at check out the fees were separate. I dont like surprises when it comes to spending my money. Had to go to the front desk 3 times to get it corrected after checking out....The incorrect charges and additional fees just made the trip frustrating towards the end..the rooms were very average for the price. Bistro restaurant was ok.. preferred to eat at other restaurants off site food taste better - glad those options were available during my 3 day stay.

Negatives: The room was shabby and needs updating! The wrist band room key system is ridiculous, as was the no cash policy, which made tipping difficult.

Negatives: Wasn’t worth the money because it was cold could not enjoy anything the hotel had to offer so the money was not worth it

Negatives: The pool staff was not responsive at all. They dropped off a menu and never returned to take our order. I had to go to the bar and order drinks and food and was also ignored there. Needless to say we left after an hour. Our main reason to book here!

Negatives: Cost / value - so expensive and needed to be updated

Negatives: You advertised activities for kids, we saw nothing. Drinks and food mediocre and way overpriced. $90 for 3 drinks showed up on my tab at the pool bar on my bank statement. Grotto Restaurant. ..waaaaay overpriced. My pullout couch in the living room was like sleeping in a bowl of cotton and I have cancer and a bad back. It was literally worn out and sunk in like a bowl. The air mattress wouldn't hold air. No microwave, no Utensils or plates. For one night you gouged us NOT RICH people. You cater to the rich business ppl who don't hang at the pool. I told yall I have cancer and a bad back and put me in the room ALL THE WAY AT THE END OF THE HALL. LONG WALK. So I won't be going back. I travel a lot and have never paid so much for a mediocre room with a cement wall as our view. The pool wait staff worried more about what they looked like than catering to visitors. I saw several people in under an hour complain to staff "do they serve drinks?". Could not even access the outdoors for fresh air for all the pipes and concrete painted like a beach on the balcony. The kids were very disappointed as was I...this was their possible last Spring break with me.. I wouldn't mind getting some money back. I know how the system works. You say you're BOOKED except for SUITES and more expensive rooms...the hotel is known for its view as we had NONE. And you get us desperate by not having a cancelation policy so we're stuck at your command. The place has gone downhill especially the pool is very dated. Back in the day it was classy and affordable. I may warn people the Holiday Inn or Gaidos pool is more fun and has a great view! No price gouging on a holiday for kids. $30 for a child to eat breakfast? We Door dashed IHOP. $30 FOR 3 PPL to eat a nourishing meal without going broke. I know you had less expensive rooms. I stayed there for 300 one night and had 2 beds. And only because my boyfriend called yall on it and you lowered the price for him.

Negatives: Outdated tiny bathroom, dark room, service not up to par for the price point, some really ugly old furniture in common areas.

Negatives: That you have to rent a microwave and at my check in the male host wasn't as welcoming and not knowledgeable and infoformative

Negatives: Nope! It was amazing !
