Positives:
The only thing I likes was the friendly staff who tried very hard to accommodate given all the issues we had. Also liked that we were steps away from the beach.
Negatives:
The are.no elevators so don't bring a lot of stuff. The doors hardly work when it is time to get into the room. You have to pay for parking but good luck finding a space even though you paid. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. They had to change our room and then the new room had no toiletries or towels. This place is NOT worth the price or headache!!! I feel cheated out of my money.

The beds were not comfortable I booked the room through booking. Com it said free parking and I was charged $15 dollars and I wasn't told they were going to charge my card for parking!! When I checked in I was only charged for the room not parking!! I did authorize the parking fee !!!

Was never advised there was a fee to arrive early, I requested a low room since I am disabled VET, but nope, No Elevators. No toilet paper in the bathroom, 2 towels booked for 4 adults. there was someone's sock on the floor in the room. one bed didn't have a bedspread. we called and was advised by Hope we could just walk back down and get what was needed did not have any staff at 3 pm to bring to us .?? but you stated room was ready and if we wanted to PAY an early fee we can go into the room. does not make sense. I know its Texas so bugs happen but maybe work o none in the rooms, this is our second stay here we will NEVER come back. Hope at the front desk was not friendly nor did she share any information about trolly services, restaurants etc.

TV connection broken, staff tried to fix, couldn't. I finally got it to work. Light in bath area flickered. Bed mattress was bad where people had sat previously causing it to be lumpy. Could not turn off water in bath tub, ran constantly. No replacement toilet tissue roll almost ran out. Rust around lamp fixture base. Floor was sticky plus dirty. Wore socks the whole time badly stained. On floor could see footprints if walked. On in bate feet. Front door difficult to open. Water stains on walls

The breakfast was delicious, and we even ordered dinner one night and it was very good. The Happy Hour is always great, and it was nice that the bar stayed open until 10 pm. I was glad that we could enjoy a nightcap without having to leave the hotel!
All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful with information about the beaches and the attractions.
