It was okay did its job.

I did like the low price for the late check-in however after I checked in there was a sketchy looking man sitting in his car directly in front of the room I was supposed to check into

I had my cane pit mixed with me and she didn't like him at all she was like up against the windows I was scared to get out of the car but I asked him to move so I can be in front of my room and he did so but then he asked me if my dog was a nice doggy and if he could pet her and I said if you want to draw back a knob well he walked back and forth in front of the room all night so the dog barked I didn't get any sleep the door looks like I've been kicked in three or four times by God knows who and when I left and checked out in the morning the man was still sitting in his car doing drug deals or whatever and I did tell the management I stayed there before and it was just fine but this was a horrible night not one drop of sleep and I didn't even bother taking a bath or anything I just laid Real steel and hoped he would go away of course I knew he'd have to go through my dog to get to me if he did cuz the door didn't even shut it had a big one inch Gap where you could look right through the door jamb I had to hang a blanket over that

A/C in room couldn't keep up and dripping into room. They put a bucket down rather than fixing the problem. Building is a bit worn and needing maintenace but at least room was clean and usable.

They were nice. It was okay

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, I was able to park my motorcycle right outside of my door and I rested well knowing I could peek outside and see it.
Negatives:
The tiny refrigerator was leaking water on the floor, not a big deal but could be a concern close to the sink.

Rooms are very large and kept clean.
Staff was very helpful in a natural way.
They maintained eye contact and offered good service.
Ethan was quick, courteous and helpful during check in.
There's a Jack in the box literally in the same lot area, you can open your front door and walk to it.
Only thing missing is no breakfast offered, it would bump this place even higher. Another neat commodity is you can still get a wake up call here, so many other hotels no longer offer it.
Negatives:
Don't let the grounds and worn down outward appearance fool you, inside the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Please put clocks in the rooms & consider buying thicker towels please.
