The guy at the counter was super rude for one for two the room was filthy, dirty tub, dirty sheets, the pictures that I posted on here, don't even match how the room actually looks, and on top of that it has bugs and when I told them my grievances and let them know that wanted a refund they gave me the runaround, told me it was not their policy to provide refunds and I told them they policy should be to have a clean room without bugs. And I never received a refund. I gave him the key back and just left.

It is in complete disrepair. The towels are frayed and stained. Everything needs to be remodeled. The coffee pot was disgusting, the hairdryer looked like it was 50 years old, the remote did not work for the TV, the staff barely spoke any English and was hard to work with since I couldn’t understand them, and they didn’t seem to understand me. The first room I was shown, looked like it had not been cleaned, the beds were wrinkled, the lampshades, a skew and torn.

Literally, the worst place I’ve ever stayed

Long story short. I had reservations for over a week and called that I would be there at 11 or 11:30 at night. Got there midnight. Woman checks me in from behind glass with tiny slot at bottom like banks etc. She told me she was going to put me in back bldg which is NOT attached to main bldg. You have to drive out onto highway to get to it because she didn't have any more 1 bed rooms in main bldg. Wanted to charge me extra money for for 2 beds in main bldg. I told her there was NO way that I would stay in " back " bldg. She told me that there were cameras back there. I told here that cameras would not keep me from being harmed. I was traveling alone this time..female. Finally, I got her to give me a room in main bldg but she charged me extra money. 18 wheeler driver came out to his truck and got in cab while I was checking in. I asked if he stayed there and she said yes.."he is staying in back bldg". He stayed in cab while I checked in and went to my room. Room was not sanitary. I have posted pics of filth that I cleaned off bathroom counter and a.c. control and counter for food etc above microwave. Oh, microwave was not plugged in & I couldn't reach to plug it in. Long black hair on bathroom floor !! Yuck! Filthy dark black on floor behind bathroom door. One morning , housekeeping knocked on door and I hollered I didn't need anything. Next morning , the same thing except a man came back to my door (2nd person) to ask again if I needed cleaning. I replied to him also that I didn't need cleaning. He unlocked the deadbolt on my door which fortunately was stopped by the security loop thing from door frame to door. I don't recommend anybody stay there. It might look clean but look at the filth on my wipes from The counters and the a.c. panel.

TV was very small. No cold water, so showers were extremely difficult and uncomfortable with only hot water. Front desk blamed city water tank, that the water heated up due to hot weather so there was nothing they could do about it. (High was 93 degrees). Relatives staying in other room had cold water. 2 restaurants 3/4 mile in each direction had cold water.

Everything would have been fine had there not been an issue with the water and had management taken responsibility.

The bed was comfortable but the bedding was worn and had holes. The shower worked. The AC worked. The door locked. The room was recently painted. Vinyl floors.

Room reeked of Mildew. Towels were worn out possibly second hand. The smoke detector was not installed, wires dangling. The bottom of the in-room refrigerator was rusted through. No hot water in the sink. Roaches… one even woke me up crawling on my arm at night. My clothes and suitcases needed to be aired out when we got home to remove the moldy smell.
