Yes. The pool and hot tub did not work..and got stomach sick from eating there brisket and gravy Sunday morning. Saturday morning breakfast was fresh and Sunday was preheating leftovers. That's not good.
Positives:
Staff and continental breakfast was great.
Negatives:
I chose best Western because of the pool in the hot tub, yet neither one was working and it didnt show that online. Also, there was no hot water to shower in. The water was just a little bit warm, but it didnt last, it turned cold.

The location was perfect. Near the square, and had plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Very friendly staff and well-kept, clean, and comfortable rooms. Great pool and hot tub! My daughter and I had a great time, we loved it so much that we tried to book for another night, but they were completely booked. We will definitely be back! Also, they have a great snack center and if you forgot anything or need medicine, they have it all!

One of the employees was very nice. I Believe her name was Patti but wouldn't swear on it.She made my husband and I feel welcome,checked us in quickly with a very pleasant attitude and recommended a restaurant that was child friendly as we were there to visit nephews.
Negatives:
Our room has extremely poor lighting and the exhaust fan didn't work.We adjusted the H2O temp for less steam and it still took more than 15mins to dissipate.This,combined with the lack of lighting outside of the bathroom,added at least 20mins to my morning routine.We went by the desk to let them know that we'd placed the dirty towels by the door along with the trashcan and that the room didn't need to be cleaned but we'd like the trash emptied and fresh towels.The clerk at that time wasn't directly rude but gave us the impression that we were bothering her and when we returned over 12 hrs later we'd neither received towels nor had the trash empty.This was extremely annoying when my husband went to shower.The night clerk (who was on shift at 10:30p.m.)gave us towels immediately and was very accommodating.My husband also ended up plunging our toilet.We were not extremely put out but enough that it definitely downgraded our opinion and made us question the value for our money.We don't travel to the area often but I cannot say with certainty that we will repeat our stay.The clerk,I believe her name was Patti,was delightful,the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was as expected.These positive things may influence our stay just as much.Thank you for asking about our stay.
